Savvy Rack charges a 10% commission taken off proceeds only upon a successful sale transaction. As much as we would love to offer the platform for free, a charge is required for us to operate a uniquely crafted platform designed for you.

How can I trust that I won't get scammed?

Savvy Rack as implemented a verification process for all users of the site, as Savvy Rack acts as the middleman from seller to buyer, personal details are limited on both ends, payment transactions are verified first before an item is issued for shipping and shipping references are mandated for seller reassurance.

Why wasn't my item approved as a listing for sale?

Savvy Rack takes care in ensuring all products are of the best quality in the capacity of a pre-loved nature. All items are sent for approval to maintain the quality standards of products our consumers are looking for.

Does being a vendor mean I have my own pre-loved fashion shop?

When you register as a vendor, you can upload your very own shop name and logo. Your items can be filtered on the website and you will also have your very own shop link and collection page that you can share on your socials.
